Reminder: This is a 2-day regatta. Time trials and finals for events will take place on same day. To minimize risk of missing events due to traffic/border issues, it is highly recommended that families stay in the area the night prior to your race day.

Rower Drop:
- Boys: Please arrive at the regatta site 2 hours prior to your race time.
- (For example: 8am race time = 6am drop off, 9:28am race time = 7:28am drop off)
- Girls: 7:00am (Saturday) 6:30am (Sunday) @ Regatta Site
- Parents are responsible for providing transportation to/from the regatta.
- Rowers are not allowed to drive themselves.
- There is no athlete drop off. Families should park at the regatta lot on Colberne Street. Athletes should then walk to the trailer area.

- First Event (Saturday): 8:00am
- First PCrew Event (Saturday): 8:00am
- First PCrew Event (Sunday): 8:11am
Parking:
- Regatta Parking Lot: Colberne Street Lot
- Trailer Location: South Niagara Rowing Club
- Spectators should be able to find viewing areas along the canal (both sides)
Rower Dress Code:
- Athletes will be told by coaches what to wear.
- Sunblock and hats are strongly encouraged (expect a long, hot day in the sun).
Hospitality:
- There will be no club-provided hospitality for this event.
- Rowers should eat breakfast before arriving.
- Rowers should bring a lunch.
- Rowers should bring snacks.
- Rowers should bring a water bottle (water is available at the site).
General Reminders:
- Rowers are reminded to NOT bring hammocks.
- Rowers must stay on the property for the duration of the regatta
- All awards will be presented at practice on the Monday following the regatta.
- Rowers cannot depart until all boats are derigged, loaded and dismissed by their coaches.
