Rower Drop:

• 6:30am @ Regatta Site
• Parents are responsible for providing transportation to/from the regatta site.
• Rowers are not allowed to drive themselves.
• Athletes should be dropped off at the entrance to the CHARGERS Parking Lot, which will serve as the trailer area.
  • Drop Location:  3853 Long Branch Road
  • Family Parking:  3813 Long Branch Road

Important Times:

• Coach's & Cox's Meeting:  TBD
• First Event:  8:00am
• Last Race:  ~5:00pm

Parking:

• Parking (cash fee to be collected on site) is offered at the parking lot of Long Branch Park
  • Family Parking:  3813 Long Branch Road

Rower Dress Code:

• All Athletes:  Unisuits
• A tech shirt is recommended for the cooler morning.  Note that it will be cooler on and near the water.

Hospitality:

• Athletes are encouraged to have a snack before they arrive
• A HOT breakfast and lunch will be provided onsite for all athletes at the PCrew Hospitality Tent
• Athletes should bring water bottles

General Reminders:

• Rowers are reminded to NOT bring hammocks.
• Rowers must stay on the park property for the duration of the regatta
• All awards will be presented at the end of the day at the trailer, prior to departure, AFTER the trailer is fully packed.
• Rowers cannot depart until all boats are derigged, loaded and the trailer is fully packed.​​
• If an athlete must leave the race venue during the day, they must discuss their situation with, and obtain permission from, their coach before the regatta and notify their coach just prior to leaving the venue.
