REQUIRED for those who will be will be participating in
Spring Crew
(unless you are participating in another winter sport or a
school activity with prior approval by the coach)

Prior Pittsford Crew members
Learn to Row
(and Advanced) participants in grades 9-12
Learn to Row participants not in grades 9-12, and those who
have NOT completed the Learn to Row program must contact the

Reminder:
There is NO
PRACTICE if Pittsford Schools are closed or if after
school activities are cancelled due to inclement weather.
Locations:
*PIRC
is the Pittsford
Indoor Rowing Center (next to the boathouse)
Practices will consist of tank and erg training at the
Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center. Wear crew clothes and
sneakers. Bring warm clothes to wear home so that you don’t
catch a chill after exercising.
**RCP
is the Rochester Colonial Plaza (formerly the Arthur Murray
Dance Studio)
1225 Jefferson Road (Behind Tully's and Perkins restaurants)
Wear a T-shirt and sweatpants
or other exercise clothing and sneakers. You may also need
an exercise ball and mat.
