Winter Crew:

For those of you not involved in another sport who need a way to keep in shape between seasons, we're announcing the opening of Winter Crew Registration!  

Eligible Participants:

• Any athlete who has participated in a Fall or Spring Season of Pittsford Crew, grades 8-12.

• Registration is limited because of space restrictions. 

• If not a member and you would like to join Pittsford Crew, please contact the Registrar for information on how to do so. 

Dates and Schedule:  January 28 - March 14 (no practice Feb. 18 – 22).

Cost:  $180. 

Where:  *PIRC: Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center: Practices will consist of tank and erg training at the Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center.  Wear crew clothes and sneakers.  Bring warm clothes to wear home so that you don’t catch a chill after exercising.

**Tues-Thurs:  Christ Clarion Church on Thornell Rd:  We are working on a place for strength and conditioning on these days.  PLEASE NOTE that these times are subject to change.  Wear a T-shirt and sweatpants or other exercise clothing and sneakers.  You may also need an exercise ball and mat.  Stay tuned.

Optional Fun Stuff:  TBD!  We thought it might be fun for the kids to get together on Saturday and do an activity other than crew for fun and team building.  Cost would be additional and optional.

Brighton Burn:  Saturday March 1st!  This fantastic Erg competition is available to all who enroll in Winter Crew!  Measure yourself against yourself and your competition!  Regatta fee included in Winter.
